All payments made to our company for audits, consulting, CRM/automation services, implementation, digital deliverables, or strategy development are strictly non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our work, significant time, analysis, and labor are invested immediately upon purchase—therefore refunds cannot be issued for any reason.
Service Quality & Adjustment Commitment
While payments are non-refundable, we are committed to professionalism, accuracy, and high-quality service. If we do not meet the specific deliverables outlined in your service agreement, we will:

Make reasonable adjustments or revisions to complete the original deliverables
These adjustments do not include new services, expanded scope, or additional work that was not part of the original agreement.
Our commitment is to fulfill the deliverables—not guarantee specific outcomes.
No Guaranteed Revenue Outcomes
We help service-based businesses optimize operations, improve workflows, enhance marketing systems, and increase qualified lead flow. Many clients do experience measurable improvements, and past results have been positive across multiple industries.
However, we do not—and legally cannot—guarantee revenue growth, lead volume, or financial outcomes.
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including:

Because outcomes vary, payments remain non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule consultations or sessions with 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or late cancellations are forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Agreement to Policy
By purchasing any service, package, or session, you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Policy in full.
